Best Choice Venus is committed to delivering every order safely and efficiently. This policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, public holidays, and made-to-order items may require additional time.

Delivery methods and timing

We ship worldwide from Kosovo. Standard delivery normally takes 7-14 business days. Where available, DHL Express normally takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier capacity, or an incomplete address.

Shipping charges

Delivery within Kosovo is free with no minimum order. We provide free worldwide shipping on orders over €250. Any charge for an order below that amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are included where available. With DHL Express (Duties Paid), your order arrives fully duties-paid, with no surprise customs bill. If a duties-paid service is unavailable for the destination, any applicable amount and responsibility will be shown or communicated before dispatch.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are sent when the order leaves us. Please provide a complete address and a reachable telephone number. The customer is responsible for reviewing these details before checkout and for responding to carrier delivery requests.

Delays, loss, or damage

If tracking does not update, a parcel appears lost, or the package arrives damaged, contact [email protected] promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will work with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
