14-day exchange
You may exchange an unworn item within 14 days of delivery — for a different size, a different colour, or another style of the same value.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in the original box.
- Bridal items customised to your measurements can only be exchanged for size adjustments.
- Sale items can be exchanged while stock lasts.
How it works
- Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +383 48 552 888 with your order number.
- We confirm the exchange and arrange courier pickup or drop-off.
- Your replacement ships as soon as we receive the original item.
Refunds
If a replacement is not possible we issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Statutory rights for faulty items are unaffected.
