Return Policy

At Best Choice Venus, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below. This policy applies to purchases made through our website and physical retail locations.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned provided that they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unworn and unused
- The product must be returned in its original condition
- The product must include all original packaging and protective materials
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery
To maintain product integrity, shoes must only be tried indoors and on clean surfaces. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for return. Best Choice Venus reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Request Process
Customers wishing to return or exchange an item must first contact our customer support team to initiate the return request.
The request must include your order number, customer name, product name or model, and reason for the return or exchange. Once approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Best Choice Venus offers exchanges under the same eligibility conditions outlined in this policy. Customers may request an exchange for a different size, a different model, or an alternative product of equal value. If the requested replacement product has a different price, the customer may be required to pay the difference or receive a partial refund depending on the situation.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional campaigns or sales events remain eligible for return or exchange provided that all conditions of this Return Policy are met.
Pre-Order Items
Products purchased under pre-order conditions are reserved specifically for the customer once the order is confirmed. For this reason, pre-order purchases are non-cancelable once payment has been completed. If a pre-order item qualifies for return under the conditions outlined in this policy, the return may still be reviewed and processed accordingly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received and inspected by Best Choice Venus. For security purposes, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Best Choice Venus cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
International Returns and Customs
For international returns, any customs duties or import charges incurred when the product is returned to Kosovo may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Best Choice Venus will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the issue must be reported on the same day of delivery. Customers must contact customer support and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
