Orders & Payment
Browse the collection, select your size, colour, and finish, then click Add to Bag. When ready, proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and again when it's dispatched.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cash on delivery for orders within Kosovo. Payment is processed securely at checkout — your card details are never stored on our servers.
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at customer-support@bestchoicevenus.com or via WhatsApp.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be modified or cancelled — but you can request a return after delivery.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch email with your DHL tracking number once the parcel has left us.
Every Best Choice Venus order is packaged with care — each pair arrives in a protective box, ready to gift. If you'd like a personalised note included, mention it in the order notes at checkout or contact us before your order is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. Free standard delivery across Kosovo on every order — no minimum spend required. All Kosovo shipments are handled by DHL and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
All orders — both domestic and international — are shipped via DHL. DHL provides reliable delivery with full real-time tracking from the moment your parcel is collected until it reaches your door.
We offer two options at checkout:
Standard Shipping — 7 to 14 business days, available worldwide.
Express Shipping (DHL) — 1 to 3 business days, with full tracking.
Timelines start from the dispatch date. Customs processing may add extra time depending on your country.
Yes — free standard international shipping applies automatically on all orders over €200. For orders below this, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. Use it to follow your shipment in real time on the DHL website. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of your order confirmation, contact us and we'll check immediately.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Yes — Best Choice Venus ships worldwide from Ferizaj, Kosovo. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase complies with the import regulations of their country. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging intact.
Shoes must only be tried indoors on clean surfaces. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted. See our full Returns Policy.
Contact us first — items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Email customer-support@bestchoicevenus.com with your order number, full name, product name, and reason for the return. Once approved, you'll receive full return instructions.
Yes. Exchanges are offered under the same conditions as returns — unworn, original condition, within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange for a different size, colour, or model of equal value. Contact our support team to begin.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Report the issue on the same day of delivery — contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes — 100%. Every pair at Best Choice Venus is crafted from genuine leather. We do not use synthetic or artificial materials. Each pair is handcrafted by artisans in Turkey who have spent decades working with real leather — the quality is visible and tangible from the very first wear.
Yes — our shoes run true to size in EU sizing. For a precise fit guide including width advice and model-specific notes, visit our Size Guide page. If you're still unsure, contact us via WhatsApp — we'll advise based on the specific model.
Men's sizes typically range from 40 to 45. Women's sizes vary by model and are listed on each product page. If your size is not available online, contact us — we may be able to source it or advise on the nearest equivalent.
Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture — if they get wet, blot gently with a dry cloth and let them dry naturally away from heat sources.
For leather uppers, use a quality leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness. Clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces.

All Best Choice Venus footwear is handcrafted in Turkey by skilled artisans with decades of experience working with genuine leather. Designs are developed in collaboration with international designers across Europe, then produced to our quality standards in Turkey before being shipped to you from our base in Ferizaj, Kosovo.
Bridal
Yes. Our bridal edit includes women's heels, sandals, and flat bridal shoes in ivory, white, nude, and embellished finishes. Every pair is selected to complement bridal and formal attire and is designed to be worn comfortably throughout a full wedding day.
We recommend ordering at least 2–4 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for delivery and any necessary exchange if the fit needs adjusting. If you require express delivery, DHL Express delivers internationally within 1–3 business days. Contact us if your date is soon — we'll do everything we can to help.

No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and access your order history at any time from your My Account page.
